Mango Birthday Cake

Made this mango cake overnight and kitchen was in a chaos by the time it'd settled in the fridge. Luckily hubby helped to clean up the mess which speed up the whole process, we managed to turn in like 2am plus in morning **yawn**

Everything seems worthwhile when we see mum smiling contently at my scrappy masterpiece the next day =) Auntie and cousins seem to enjoy the cake too!
Tastebuds were filled with mango fragrance the moment you sink your teeth into it. However theres feedback that cake texture was not fluffy enuff and mango used was alittle fibrey.

Chocolate Chip Cookies =q

Excited on baking chocolate chip cookies! Well, choc cookies tends to be the favoured choice for most. Busy discussing with hubby on which kind of nutz to use..macadamia it is

Dough texture was sticky and soft at first, was abit worried it would be a failed mission. Chocolate chips, nutz were added to mixture and had reduced the sugar usage.

Cookies turn out to be crunchy and nice..phew~~ Hubby brought some to office for his colleagues and they like it too =D Too bad they are going to be ex-colleagues soon..feel like i'd just gotta know them better only. Btw..Congrates to Huiyi on your ROM!!
